PT

PT went well today. Foot not as sore. So I am happy. Going to start swimming tomorrow. I can't wait. My goal for tomorrow is to swim 32 laps of a length of 25 meters. So 1/2 mile swim. It is going to be awesome to workout again. So I got the ok to swim and bike. Decided going to buy a road bike now. My friend might have one that I can buy. So even better. Keep up the training for what ever you are training for and remember to take one day at a time

  1. your doing great Pacita!! Swimming is an awesome workout and so is biking. I can't wait for the weather to get nicer so I can break out my bike. Good luck!!
